Leo Jr. is a highly engaged and active member of the Mahoning Valley community. After graduating from Canfield High School in 2010, Leo pursued his passion for learning, earning a degree in Industrial Engineering from Youngstown State University in 2015. Following graduation, he gained valuable experience as an industrial and quality control engineer before joining the Gem-Young Team in 2017, representing the third generation of the family-owned business.

As President of Gem-Young Insurance since 2023, Leo has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success. His unwavering dedication and drive have led him to acquire numerous insurance licenses, specializing in Business Insurance.

Outside of the office, Leo actively engages in community initiatives, notably as a proud member of the Boardman Rotary Club. Also known for his unwavering support of Cleveland sports, Leo proudly shares his enthusiasm with his consistent #GoBrowns hashtag. In his free time, Leo indulges in his passions for cars, motorcycle riding, and culinary adventures in the kitchen.

Recently, Leo embarked on an exciting new journey as he married his wonderful and talented wife, Julia. Together, they are excited about all the adventures and opportunities that lie ahead in this new chapter of their lives.
